04 SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Elite Collective Realty (operating as Elite Collective) and Patricia Blakemore, Broker/Owner (CalDRE# 02079554), operate a single text messaging program for clients, prospective clients, and subscribers who have expressly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms or by texting us first. Messages may include property updates, market intelligence, appointment reminders, listing alerts, transaction status updates, and related real estate communications.

Messages may be sent from Elite Collective's toll-free business line at (844) 475-0999 and from mobile business numbers used by Patricia Blakemore and authorized Elite Collective team members (sent through our CRM, Follow Up Boss). All of our SMS-enabled business numbers operate under the same consent, privacy, opt-in, and opt-out rules described in this Section 04. A single STOP, HELP, opt-in, or opt-out request applies to every Elite Collective business number associated with your contact record.

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on any Elite Collective lead capture form (Contact, Home Valuation, Strategy Call, Sell My Home, Off-Market Access, and Buyer Profile pages). The checkbox is unchecked by default, is not required to submit the form, and is presented separately from any Terms of Service or Privacy Policy agreement.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and active real estate matters — typically 2–8 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Elite Collective does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation and no further marketing texts. To resume, text START or re-enroll via our website.

Supported carriers

This program is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of SMS opt-in data

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third party. We retain opt-in records for a minimum of four years for compliance purposes.

Voice calls

If you provide a phone number without checking the SMS consent box, we may only call you — not send marketing text messages. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.

Data sharing statement

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes phone numbers, SMS consent records, and any contact information collected through our website forms.

Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

05 Cookies, Tracking & Digital Advertising

Google Analytics

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our Website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. IDX/MLS Property Search Portal

If you register for our property search portal or save searches, we store that activity in Follow Up Boss to provide personalized property recommendations. IDX data is subject to MLS terms of use.

09 Data Security & Retention

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including SSL/TLS encryption and access controls. We retain personal information as needed to provide our services and comply with California DRE recordkeeping requirements (minimum three years for transaction records). TCPA consent records are retained for a minimum of four years.

10 Children's Privacy
